We usually respond within a day
At Katchr we are on a mission to make work and life a winning team. We truly believe that choosing the right career can lead to an amazing life and we have assembled a team over the years to deliver great technology solutions, with an emphasis on exceptional service.
How this role contributes to our business:
As Product Manager at Katchr, you’ll play a key role in delivering intelligent, reliable, client-facing data solutions - and you’ll grow to having true ownership of how our product evolves
You’ll join our close-knit team of technical specialists and play a critical role in shaping and executing the roadmap of our legal-tech SaaS platform. You’ll sit at the intersection of customer needs, commercial priorities, and engineering delivery translating product strategy into actionable plans that our Product Owner and development teams can execute.
You’ll ideally have experience in vertical B2B software, such as legal tech, professional services, or financial software, so you can get up to speed quickly on customer needs. You’ll also have formal background in product management and a strong understanding of product design, enabling you to work closely with developers to turn product ambitions into reality.
This is a role for someone who is:
Naturally curious
Comfortable taking initiative
Excited to learn quickly
Ready to help define and establish the product management practices that will guide how we build and evolve our platform.
What the day to day looks like:
Discovery & Definition -
Proactively engage customers, users, and internal teams to identify opportunities and pain points.
Translate insights into clearly defined problems, hypotheses, and candidate solutions.
Work with the CTO and Product Owner to validate priorities against strategic goals and ROI.
Evaluate and articulate the value and expected impact of each requirement or opportunity.
Define scope and MVP criteria before work enters delivery.
Product Strategy & Roadmap -
Maintain the product roadmap and ensure it aligns with company strategy in collaboration with the wider development team and CTO.
Turn product vision into clear, prioritised initiatives – owning communication to our key stakeholders.
Coordinate product releases with cross-functional teams (Product Owner, CTO, Engineering, Customer teams).
Feedback, Measurement & Learning -
Track product usage, feedback, and feature ROI.
Close the feedback loop with customers and internal stakeholders.
Provide concise reporting and insights for quarterly product reviews.
Cross-Functional Leadership -
Act as the bridge between commercial goals and delivery execution.
Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to translate strategy into backlog items.
Work with the CTO and engineering teams on feasibility, technical constraints, risks, and dependencies.
Communicate roadmap priorities and changes to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity.
Attend sprint planning or reviews as needed to represent business context - with detailed task breakdown to be managed by the Product Owner.
Provide clear context, success criteria, and priorities so the delivery team can self-organise effectively.

UX / Product Design Literacy
Ability to read and challenge wireframes and user flows
Understanding UX best practices for high-trust SaaS products
